Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and available listings.
- Conduct virtual and in-person property viewings, providing detailed information and answering client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate property sales and rental agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for client
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes and exceptional client service.
- Stay updated on local real estate market developments, pricing, and competitor activities.
- from 0 to 7 year of experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a related field.

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication
