Reports To: General Manager
Location: United Arab Emirates
Languages: Hindi, English
Work Experience: 01 – 03 yrs
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Chemical, Oil & Gas, FMCG in UAE
Age: 21 - 30 yrs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Real Estate
Bachelor’s in Business management / Commerce / related field.
Purpose: Acts as bridge between the property owners and potential buyers or tenants. Serve as a trusted advisor and expert guide in navigating the real estate market, assisting clients in making informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This involves understanding their needs, providing market insights, and ensuring smooth, legally compliant transactions that deliver satisfying experience to the clients while driving sustainable growth for the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
Client need identification.
Market intelligence including property valuation.
Augmenting client base.
Fostering strategic partnership.
Contract negotiations.
Driving Revenue Growth.
Legal and documentation.
Job Description:
Client Relationship Management:
Conduct consultations with clients to assess their property needs and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Providing clients accurate information on market conditions, property prices, and investment opportunities.
Property Listings and Promotion:
Source and list properties that meet client requirements.
Develop marketing strategies to promote properties, online listings, social media campaigns, open houses.
Property Showings:
Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
Address client queries and provide insights to help them make informed decisions.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:
Negotiate property prices and terms of sale or rental on behalf of clients.
Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
Sales and Performance Tracking:
Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
Track and report on sales activities, market conditions, and client feedback.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all transactions are conducted in accordance with local laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
Networking and Business Development:
Build a network within industry, including potential clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
Attend industry events and participate in community activities to promote the company's services.
