Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify off-plan property trends and investment opportunities, ensuring clients receive up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, enabling you to provide exclusive off-plan options to clients.
- Guide clients through the entire purchasing process of off-plan properties, from initial inquiry to final transaction, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and property viewings that highlight the unique features and benefits of off-plan projects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships with developers.
- Assist clients in understanding financing options available for off-plan purchases, including mortgages and payment plans tailored to their needs.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline communication throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market conditions and provide clients with insights and advice on the best timing for selling or renting their off-plan properties.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant certifications in real estate or property management, enhancing your credibility and knowledge in the industry.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being a significant advantage in a multicultural market.
- Experience in working directly with property developers to understand their offerings and selling points, giving you a competitive edge.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools to manage client data and sales processes effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients and secure the best deals possible, demonstrating your value as a consultant.
