Role Overview:
As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will:
• Advise clients on Dubai’s off-plan property developments.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth, seamless transactions.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maximizing your earning potential.
Desired Candidate Profile
Who We Are Looking For:
• 1–2 years of experience in off-plan property sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly desirable: Italian, German, Polish, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi.
• Ambition to succeed in a high-performance, competitive market.
