Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. If you re passionate about real estate, driven by success, and ready to take your portfolio to the next level, this is your opportunity to join a company that truly supports your growth and rewards your performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process for residential and commercial properties in both off-plan and secondary markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions
  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of listings on portals and internal CRM
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
  • Cross-sell investment and residency solutions through our sister company, Passport Legacy

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Dubai s real estate market is a plus (off-plan and/or secondary)

  • Energetic, sales-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with a client-first approach
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • RERA certification (or willing to obtain)
