Job Scope

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management. Promote properties through calls, customers lists distributed internally, meetings/showings, and networking.
• Follow up on potential customers frequently.
• Conduct meetings with the customers to seal the deals indoors and outdoors.
• Do showings with the customers on whichever desirable project indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
• Have full knowledge of the projects assigned to the company s sales team.
• Pass the knowledge gained and experience to the rest of the sales team.

Job Scope

• Find and implement a resolution for customer complaints.
• Capitalize on negotiation tactics and skills to sell the company s projects.
• Reach out to customer leads through all possible channels.
• Achieve agreed Sales targets within the required SLA.
• Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities.
• Submit the required reports, when needed.
• Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company s policies and procedures.
