Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update reservations on Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate availability, rates, and promotions.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally across booking platforms and email.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure unit readiness for check-in.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews.
- Prepare basic reports (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
- Ensure accuracy and minimize booking discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree (Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or channel management.
- Good knowledge of Booking.com & Agoda (PMS / Channel Manager is a plus).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Preferably residents of October or Sheikh Zayed
