Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, networking, and company‑provided sources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and follow‑ups to close deals.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties in the secondary market.
Present and promote available secondary market properties to potential buyers.
Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
Guide clients through the entire sales process—from inquiry to transfer.
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine property values.
Advise clients on market conditions, investment opportunities, and ROI.
Prepare and review sales agreements, Form A/B, and other RERA documents.
Coordinate with conveyancing teams, banks, developers, and trustees for smooth transfers.
Ensure all client and property documents are accurate and up to date.
Assist in promoting listings through social media, CRM, and property portals.
Coordinate with the marketing team for photos, videos, and advertising materials.
Provide accurate property details for listings and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team, listing coordinators, and management.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Maintain updated records of leads, deals, and activities in the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of Dubai communities, property types, market trends, and transaction processes.
Proven track record in closing sales, handling negotiations, and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Confident, self-driven, and target oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
Professional appearance and a positive, customer focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate portals, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Multilingual candidates are a plus. Such as Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is an advantage.
