We are Hiring !


We are looking for Property Sales Consultant to join our organisation.


Roles & Responsibilities:


• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals

• Promote and sell exclusive properties from our high-value inventory

• Identify client needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver tailored property solutions

• Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations

• Follow up on leads generated through company marketing and portals

• Build long-term relationships with clients and investors

• Keep up to date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity

• Maintain all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure follow-up is done consistently

Desired Candidate Profile


•Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a strong advantage for reaching diverse clientele.

•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building with clients and colleagues alike.
