Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Dubai off-plan properties from top developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, Danube etc.)
  • Handle and convert inbound inquiries from various lead sources (online, phone, events, etc.)
  • Present project details, payment plans, investment highlights, and ROI analysis to potential clients
  • Maintain strong knowledge of property launches, project updates, market trends, and developer promotions
  • Guide clients from initial inquiry to booking, documentation, and handover
  • List properties accurately on major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) with engaging descriptions and visuals
  • Conduct property tours and assist with client meetings and site visits
  • Use CRM tools for lead management, client follow-up, and sales tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Knowledge of Dubai s off-plan property market and investment trends
  • Experience in property listing and online marketing platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Must be multilingual fluent in English plus one or more of the following languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Chinese, or French)
