Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the proposal business support team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with engineering, sales, and project management teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
Review and edit proposal documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Develop and implement best practices for proposal management and business support processes.
Monitor proposal progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow efficiency.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
Analyze client feedback and proposal outcomes to drive continuous improvement in proposal quality.
Ensure all proposals are aligned with company objectives, pricing strategies, and technical capabilities.
Maintain accurate records of proposals, contracts, and related documentation.
Support business development initiatives by providing insights on market trends and client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in proposal management, business support, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with various departments.
Experience in the water treatment, engineering, or industrial sector is highly desirable.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals and business support services.
