Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Review project documents, drawings, and specifications to understand client requirements.
- Prepare detailed and competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Calculate project costs including materials, labor, and supplier pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain accurate pricing and technical details.
- Ensure proposals align with client specifications and company pricing policies.
- Prepare tender documents and assist in submission processes when required.
- Maintain records of proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Support the sales and project teams during the bidding and negotiation stages.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- 1 3 years of experience in proposal preparation, tendering, or estimation.
- Experience in curtains, blinds, interior finishing, wallpaper, or acoustic solutions is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and proposal preparation tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and cost estimation skills.
