Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review and interpret customer requests for proposals (RFQs), specifications, and technical requirements.

creates technical and commercial bids for power generation projects (e.g., steam turbines, boilers),

Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure competitive and feasible bids.

analyze client RFQs, estimate costs, define project scopes, and ensure compliance with industry standards to secure contracts.

analyses project cost estimates, expenditures, and forecasts.

Identify and quantify cost factors, such as

Work under tight deadlines to meet bid submission dates, ensuring compliance with both client requirements and internal business goals for profitability.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure competitive and feasible bids.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in proposal writing, tendering within the power industry.
  • Understanding of power generation equipment, electrical systems, or thermal calculations.
  • Experience with proposal software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong technical writing, skills.
