Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for major projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial sectors.

If you have strong expertise in technical & commercial proposals, along with hands-on experience in static equipment / fabrication, this role is for you.


� Key Requirements:
✔ 15+ years of experience (5+ years in a leadership role)
✔ Strong background in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Shutdowns, or Mechanical Fabrication
✔ Proven ability to manage tendering, estimation & bid strategy
✔ Experience working with EPC clients in GCC preferred


� What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage technical & commercial proposals

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement & project teams

  • Review RFQs, drawings & specifications

  • Drive competitive pricing & bid strategy

  • Mentor and lead a team of proposal engineers

� Location: Bahrain , GCC , Iraq & Libya
