Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Prepare technical proposals in line with tender requirements and guidelines.
- Prepare financial proposals, pricing sheets, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, and finance teams to collect required proposal inputs.
- Ensure full compliance with tender instructions, formats, and submission requirements.
- Submit proposals through official portals and bidding platforms (e.g., government portals, private platforms, online bidding systems).
- Track proposal timelines, deadlines, and submission status.
- Maintain organized records of submitted tenders and proposals.
