The PSD Spare Parts Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the sales and distribution of forklift spare parts to customers in various industries, primarily through outdoor field-based activities. The role requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical expertise on forklift parts, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients needs. By proactively engaging with customers on-site, the SP Sales Engineer ensures customer satisfaction, identifies new business opportunities, and contributes to the growth and success of the company.

This position combines technical knowledge with sales acumen, aiming to maximize revenue while delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic outdoor environment.

• Drive sales of forklift spare parts to customers in various industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to maximize sales growth.
• Visit customer sites to assess their forklift spare part needs, provide personalized advice, and offer suitable solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
• Take orders, prepare quotations, and ensure timely delivery of parts and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Provide monthly reports stating stock parts consumption and forecasts to management.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
