Job Summary:

The Psychologist will provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to individuals, groups, or families seeking support at the center. They will also contribute to mental health awareness, prevention programs, and team collaboration to ensure holistic care.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments.

- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions.

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.

- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all sessions and treatments.

- Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals.

- Participate in case discussions and team meetings.

- Contribute to awareness campaigns or workshops organized by the center.


Requirements:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Educational).

Valid license or registration (as per national regulations).

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role .

- Strong ethical standards and empathy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups.
