The ideal candidate
Holds a degree in Psychology with a PGCE and/or QTS
Proven track record of teaching Psychology at secondary or high school level, ideally in international or multicultural settings
Skilled in inquiry-based, student-centered teaching methods that encourage critical thinking, empathy, and cross-cultural understanding
Familiar with international curricula and able to integrate psychological concepts with broader humanities themes
Enthusiastic about blending traditional academic rigor with innovative teaching strategies, including project-based learning and interdisciplinary connections
Respectful of Saudi traditions while embracing global perspectives, fostering an inclusive classroom environment
Passionate about nurturing not only academic success but also personal growth, resilience, and emotional intelligence in learners
