Operate pretreatment and ED lines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pH, voltage, current, and line speed.

Check chemical concentration and replenish chemicals according to specification.

Inspect body surface condition before and after ED coating.

Conduct daily bath analysis and record results.

Perform cleaning, skimming, and sludge removal of tanks and filters.

Check equipment operation such as pumps, rectifiers, conveyors, and heat exchangers.

Respond promptly to abnormal conditions, alarms, or line stops.

Follow safety rules when handling chemicals and maintain PPE at all times.

Assist in preventive maintenance and support quality improvement activities.

Record daily operation data, chemical usage, and inspection results.

Support new operator training and follow supervisors instructions.

Work in a 3-shift, 2-team rotation system and be available for shift work during the Ramadan period.
