Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and manage the project-wide PTW system in line with Aramco and Project HSE requirements.
- Supervise, assign, and provide guidance to PTW Officers.
- Develop PTW strategies for Brownfield, SIMOPS, and high-risk work areas.
- Coordinate PTW schedules with Construction, Operations, Planning, and Shutdown teams.
- Liaise with Aramco PMT, OE, and WPI regarding PTW procedures and approvals.
- Identify PTW bottlenecks, delays, and recurring issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure PTW compliance during audits, inspections, and assessments.
- Monitor PTW KPIs, trends, and performance indicators.
- Support incident and near-miss investigations related to PTW failures.
- Provide PTW-related training and awareness to project personnel as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preference with a minimum of 7 years of experience on aramco plant project BLS, First Aid, OSHA 30H Certificate.
Work ecperience in EPC (Main Contractor).
Work ecperience in Aramco project.
Strong understanding of Aramco Brownfield environments and SIMOPS activities.
Prior working experience as a PTW Coordinator.
