Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as Permit to Work (PTW) Holder ensuring full compliance with HSE and operational procedures

  • Supervise offshore worksite activities and coordinate daily operations

  • Ensure safe execution of maintenance, modification, and construction works

  • Interface with operations, safety, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency

  • Monitor workforce performance under demanding offshore conditions

  • Ensure strict adherence to company and client safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Proven experience as PTW Holder / Worksite Supervisor

  • Strong understanding of PTW systems, risk assessment, and safety compliance

  • Ability to work effectively under heavy workload and high-pressure environments

  • Offshore certification and safety training preferred (T-BOSIET or equivalent)

  • Excellent coordination, and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Chinese(mandatory)

  • Chinese language proficiency will be considered an advantage

  • Physically fit for offshore rotational assignments
