Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate public area attendants to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and up to hotel standards
  • Conduct daily inspections of lobbies, corridors, elevators, pool areas, restrooms, and other public spaces
  • Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering departments for special cleaning projects and repairs
  • Monitor cleanliness during peak hours and respond promptly to guest feedback or complaints
  • Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety, and brand service standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning materials and ensure timely replenishment
  • Support the preparation of daily rosters and scheduling for the public area team
  • Ensure all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols are consistently followed in accordance with hotel and local regulations
  • Promote a positive and cooperative work environment aligned with voco s brand values

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in housekeeping within a hotel, including at least 6 months in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and housekeeping equipment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Physically fit and able to handle light to moderate tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
