Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and build positive relationships with patients and the public.
  • Oversee patient communication initiatives, ensuring clear, empathetic, and timely information dissemination across various channels such as websites, social media, and patient portals.
  • Coordinate and support internal communications efforts, ensuring employees are informed about organizational updates, policies, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patient advocacy groups, government agencies, and healthcare professionals to foster collaboration and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required to build a solid foundation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the healthcare or patient-focused industry is essential for understanding the nuances of the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
