Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional PRO / Mandoop to manage all government relations, legal documentation, and customs import/export procedures for our Saudi company based in Riyadh. Responsibilities: ✅ Handle all company legal and government documentation (MOI, MOL, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, ZATCA, Chamber, etc.) ✅ Manage customs clearance and import/export documentation through FASAH / ZATCA portals ✅ Renew and process commercial registration, municipality license, import/export codes, and employee Iqamas ✅ Liaise with logistics agents and customs authorities for shipment clearances ✅ Ensure full compliance with SASO, SFDA, and Saudi regulations ✅ Maintain accurate records and follow up on all submissions
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: Saudi National (preferred) 3–5 years experience as PRO / Mandoop in Saudi Arabia Knowledge of customs clearance processes & documentation Familiar with government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, FASAH, ZATCA, Absher) Excellent Arabic & English communication Valid Saudi driving license
