Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Travel internationally and regionally, and serve as the primary liaison with embassies, and government authorities.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itinerary planning.
Coordinate and secure visas, permits, and official approvals through direct communication with government entities.
Maintain accurate records of official communications, travel schedules, and sensitive documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Protocol, or similar roles within VIP, royal, diplomatic, or high-profile environments.
Bachelor s Degree is mandatory.
Strong background in international travel coordination and event management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
