Job Responsibilities:
- Manage public relations and enhance the restaurant s public image
- Communicate effectively with customers and handle complaints professionally
- Coordinate with influencers and media representatives
- Organize events and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in Public Relations or marketing (Restaurant experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of social media platforms
Preferably based in Alexandria
