Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Manage crisis communications and serve as the primary spokesperson during public issues or emergencies.
  • Coordinate and organize press conferences, media events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR campaign effectiveness and public sentiment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership and secure speaking engagements for company executives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior PR staff, providing guidance and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR tools and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

10 year of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing PR campaigns and media relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Experience handling crisis communications and sensitive issues.
  • Ability to work full-time in an on-site office environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams or projects.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in PR software, media monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
