Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PR strategies to support the company s brand and business objectives.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather content for communication and PR campaigns.
- Support in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor media coverage and provide reports on PR activities and outcomes.
- Manage crisis communications and protect the company s reputation.
- Handle Leader Group s public image on digital platforms, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Draft speeches, presentations, and communication materials for senior management.
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 6 years of experience in PR, preferably in IT, technology, or digital transformation sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong media network and knowledge of the Saudi media landscape.
- Experience in event management and corporate communications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and confident personality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital PR and social media communications.
- Creativity in storytelling and brand communication.
- Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and the technology sector.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
