Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to support the company s brand and business objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather content for communication and PR campaigns.
  • Support in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide reports on PR activities and outcomes.
  • Manage crisis communications and protect the company s reputation.
  • Handle Leader Group s public image on digital platforms, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Draft speeches, presentations, and communication materials for senior management.
  • Support internal communication efforts to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 6 years of experience in PR, preferably in IT, technology, or digital transformation sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong media network and knowledge of the Saudi media landscape.
  • Experience in event management and corporate communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and confident personality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital PR and social media communications.
  • Creativity in storytelling and brand communication.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and the technology sector.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
