Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company s image and reputation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, facilitating interviews and press releases.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on public perception and media trends.
  • Organize and coordinate press conferences, corporate events, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
  • Manage crisis communications and provide timely, accurate information to mitigate reputational risks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Support executive leadership with communication strategies and talking points for public appearances.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, recommending improvements as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Media Relations, Press Release Writing, and Crisis Communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with media and stakeholders.
  • Experience organizing Press Conferences, Events, and Media Briefings.
  • Familiarity with Digital Media Platforms and Social Media Management.
  • Strong analytical skills to Monitor Media Coverage and assess PR campaign effectiveness.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
