Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with government authorities (Immigration, MOHRE, Free Zone, etc.)

  • Process and renew visas, labor contracts, Emirates ID, and trade licenses

  • Handle visa cancellations, transfers, and employee onboarding formalities

  • Ensure timely renewals and full compliance with labor and immigration laws

  • Maintain accurate records of company and employee documents

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of UAE PRO experience

  • Strong knowledge of labor and immigration procedures

  • Familiar with MOHRE and GDRFA/ICP systems

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

  • UAE driving license required
