Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle all company and employee-related government procedures (visas, Iqamas, renewals, etc.)

Manage MISA registrations, license renewals, and updates

Liaise effectively with government authorities (MISA, MOL, GOSI, Qiwa, Absher, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)

Support clients and internal teams in business setup and licensing

Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and maintain accurate documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a PRO/GRO role within Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of MISA, MOL, GOSI, Qiwa, Absher, and related portals

Excellent understanding of business licensing and visa processes

Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
