Construction Industry

Strong background in the construction sector and hands-on experience dealing with ADNOC, CICPA, and visa processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government-related activities and ensuring full compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all UAE visa and labour procedures (new, renewal, cancellation, medicals, Emirates ID, etc.)
Coordinate with ADNOC for gate passes, vendor registration, and documentation.
Manage CICPA pass applications and renewals for staff and vehicles.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws and government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, ICA, Abu Dhabi Police, etc.)
Liaise with municipalities, ministries, and other government entities on company matters.
Ensure timely processing of company licenses, permits, and approvals.
Support HR and Admin departments with document control and employee-related paperwork.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PRO in the construction industry (minimum 3 years).
Strong knowledge of ADNOC and CICPA procedures.
Familiarity with UAE labour, immigration, and trade license processes.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Mandatory).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
