Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Government & Regulatory Liaison: Manage all communications with UAE government authorities for visas, permits, licenses, and other official documents.

  • PRO Operations Management: Handle daily PRO tasks including submissions, renewals, and compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.

  • Executive Support: Assist upper management with official assignments, documentation, scheduling, and representation at government offices.

  • Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, updated, and compliant records for all HR & PRO-related activities.

  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about changes in UAE laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE-based PRO experience with strong knowledge of government procedures.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE labour, immigration, and regulatory systems.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; strong command of English preferred.

  • Professional Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with government officials and internal stakeholders; organized and detail‑oriented.
