Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Government & Regulatory Liaison: Manage all communications with UAE government authorities for visas, permits, licenses, and other official documents.
PRO Operations Management: Handle daily PRO tasks including submissions, renewals, and compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.
Executive Support: Assist upper management with official assignments, documentation, scheduling, and representation at government offices.
Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, updated, and compliant records for all HR & PRO-related activities.
Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about changes in UAE laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE-based PRO experience with strong knowledge of government procedures.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE labour, immigration, and regulatory systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; strong command of English preferred.
Professional Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with government officials and internal stakeholders; organized and detail‑oriented.
