About this opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Emirati National to join us as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). In this role, you will be responsible for managing all government-related processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Dubai based, with occasional travel to Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Visa Processing
- Handle all procedures related to new employment visas, residence visas, and visa cancellations, through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up with immigration and labour departments.
- Apply for new work permits and renewals
- Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.
- Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID applications, and residency stamping.
- Ensure all employees have valid documents at all times.
- Government Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities (e.g., Immigration, MOHRE, GDRFA).
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labor and immigration laws.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee documents, including passports, visas, and labor cards.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Company Licensing and Approvals, Assist in renewing trade licenses, establishment cards, and other company-related government documents.
- Prepare update reports for management on visa and permit status.

- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
