Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Business Development Executive would be driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and Mozn growth objectives.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with the Sales Engineer
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners in the public sector ecosystem
- Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations contracts, terms, conditions, and follow-up activities to win new business.
- Ensuring that sales and business development targets are met.
- Communicate business impact and ROI of AI solutions, linking technology capabilities to strategic outcomes.
- Drive long-term customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through proactive engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs and ensure successful implementations.
- Lead proposal responses and navigate complex procurement processes typical in the public sector.
- Represent the company at public sector events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand awareness.
- Attend industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote the Mozn's offerings.

- Sales quota attainment (revenue and new logos)

- Customer satisfaction and retention rate
- Successful tender submissions and win ratio
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- 5 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to the public sector (government or semi-government clients)
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Background in AI, analytics, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions preferred.
- Proven track record in value-based selling, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in account management and customer success to ensure recurring business and strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
