Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of public works projects (studies, preparation, execution, delivery).
  • Analyze technical files and establish execution plans.
  • develop provisional budgets, planning and specifications.
  • Manage internal teams and supervise subcontractors.
  • Ensure monitoring of the progress of the worksite in compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.
