Pump Technician

We are seeking a skilled Pump Technician to install, maintain, and repair various types of pumps and associated systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure optimal performance of pumping equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair pumps, motors, and related mechanical components.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues in pumping systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication, seal replacement, and alignment.
• Test pump performance to ensure correct pressure, flow rate, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with other technical teams for system integration and repairs.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in pump installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of centrifugal, submersible, and booster pump systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in using mechanical tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
