Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor and manage vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any discrepancies to optimize procurement costs.
  • Actively pursue outstanding debts by contacting debtors through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and letters, to recover overdue payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of all purchase transactions, invoices, and payment statuses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a strong foundation in financial principles is essential.

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in purchase assistance and debt collection, demonstrating practical application of skills.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Showcase experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the manufacturing or retail industries.

Degree holder with minimum 2-5 year experience in purchase & Debt collection with UAE Driving License must.
