Job Title: Purchase Coordinator (Saudi Nationals Only)

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia (Preference for candidates residing nearby or in Eastern Province)


Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator with solid experience in IT hardware procurement.

The candidate will manage purchasing operations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of IT hardware and related products from local and international suppliers.

Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, and build strong supplier relationships.

Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of IT hardware.

Coordinate with internal IT and finance departments for inventory and purchasing needs.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor database, and price lists.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.



Requirements:

Saudi Nationals only.

Experience: 1 to 6 years in IT procurement and Purchase

Mandatory experience in IT hardware purchasing.

Valid driving license with own car.

Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Candidates residing in Khobar or nearby areas are highly preferred.
