Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities / S. Description / 1-Technical Roles 1 Receives PR (Purchase Request) with details (Clear request specification; time delivery, quantity, ..) To ensure clear & confirmed purchase needs identification 2 Sources Suppliers (national, international markets as necessary) for related requested (service, products, items, parts, materials, ..etc.) To ensure best sourcing matching business needs and terms (delivery time, price, quality, payment terms, ..etc.) 3 Collects Suppliers' Documents & Purchase offers Negotiations To ensure supplier & offers conformity to standards and specifications identified 4 Finalizes Deal agreement after Finance & Budget approval, Suppliers Registration, & Issuing PO (Purchase Order) To ensure Financial approval & proceeding Purchasing Process 5 Follows-up Payment, & Requester confirmation after Purchased Items Delivery. To ensure effective Purchase Fulfilment on time 6 Performs periodic Reporting, & Suppliers Evaluation To maintain Supplier record updates & good reference keeping
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software systems.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and supplier performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
