Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors, securing the best possible deals for materials and services to optimize cost savings.
- Analyze purchasing data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve procurement strategies and reduce expenditures.
- Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing and RFQs to purchase order issuance and vendor invoice reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement and Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis.
Proven experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction strategies.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL,Tableau and Power BI; experience with ERP systems is required.
