Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
Follow up with vendors on order status and deliveries
Maintain procurement records, documentation, and databases
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements
Compare prices and negotiate basic terms with suppliers
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve discrepancies
Support inventory tracking and stock management
Maintain vendor database and build supplier relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (freshers with internships can be considered)
Basic knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
