Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)

• Follow up with vendors on order status and deliveries

• Maintain procurement records, documentation, and databases

• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements

• Compare prices and negotiate basic terms with suppliers

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve discrepancies

• Support inventory tracking and stock management

• Maintain vendor database and build supplier relationships
