Handle end-to-end purchasing for in-house brands including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Maintain and update vendor database, including supplier performance tracking.

Coordinate with the brand, design, operations and warehouse teams to ensure procurement aligns with production and sales requirements.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Monitor stock levels and reorder timelines to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Collaborate with the finance department for invoice verification and payment processing.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Support product development and sampling requirements for new in-house brand items.

Maintain detailed purchase records, cost comparisons, and procurement reports for management review.
