Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receiving purchase requisition from the concerned department.
  • Sending an Inquiry and receiving a quotation.
  • Effective price comparison and negotiation.
  • Preparing LPO after the price and the item is approved by head of production / management.
  • Sending LPO and updating the tracker.
  • Coordination and follow-up with the supplier regarding the delivery timeline.
  • Preparing custom inward invoice.
  • All purchase entries in the system to be recorded upon receipt of items and have them checked and approved by the stores.
  • Ensure all invoices, DO’s and other related documents are in order.
  • Closing LPO’s in the system.
  • Supplier Payment request to finance team.
  • Reconciliation of SOA with supplier.
  • Administration Support to finance & Admin Executive.

  • Committed to delivering value for money and demonstrating strong understanding of current processes.
  • Well-developed negotiating skills, applied in a supplier management environment.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office products proficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
