Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities for alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the overall business objectives and operational needs.
  • Manage supplier performance through regular evaluations and assessments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential.

  • A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in a fast-paced industry, with a proven track record of cost savings.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are preferred.

  • Experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing or construction, to bring relevant insights and relationships to the role.
