Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and purchase food, beverage, and non-food supplies for multiple restaurant outlets.
Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with outlet managers to ensure timely replenishment.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and food safety standards.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and contracts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
