Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing of spare parts and materials for heavy vehicles & equipment. • Find reliable suppliers and collect quotations for required parts. • Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery timelines with vendors. • Prepare and process purchase orders as per company procedures. • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely supply of parts. • Maintain records of all purchases, quotations, and supplier details. • Check stock levels regularly and arrange reordering when needed. • Ensure materials meet required quality standards before approval. • Maintain good communication and strong relations with suppliers. • Follow company policies and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer with a strong background in heavy vehicle and equipment parts procurement. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and parts required for workshop operations while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
