Purchase Planner

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Analyze production forecasts and manufacturing orders.
• Calculate raw material and packaging requirements via ERP/MRP.
• Determine the quantities to order according to stock levels, safety thresholds and supplier lead times.
• Update the planning parameters (MOQ, security stock, lead time).

Supply chain management

• to put in and track purchase requests or purchase orders.
• Ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
• Anticipate potential disruptions and take corrective actions.
• Follow up with suppliers in coordination with the Purchasing team.

Internal coordination

• Collaborating closely with production, quality, the store and purchasing.
• Adapt the supply schedule in case of emergency, schedule change, or material non-conformity.
• Ensure smooth communication of priorities to the supply chain teams.

Stock management of raw materials and packaging

• Monitor stock levels and adjust orders to avoid overstocking.
• Follow expiry dates or specific conditions (sensitive materials).
• Participate in physical inventories and analyze carts.

Reporting & am lioration continue

• Monitor KPIs: supplier service rate, raw material/packaging stockouts, stock turnover.
• Propose improvements to the planning process.
• Participate in supply chain optimization projects.

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or equivalent.
• Desired experience in a similar position or in an industrial environment.

Techniques

• Excellent mastery of planning tools (MRP/ERP: SAP, Odoo, Sage).
• Good understanding of logistics flows and the supply chain.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Knowledge of raw materials, packaging and industrial processes.
