Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Track and report on procurement metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely payment and receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging suppliers to enhance procurement strategies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve supplier issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
