Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms for goods and services.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure advantageous terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to streamline procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1 3 years of purchasing experience (logistics, warehousing, equipment, office supplies, or project materials preferred).
  • Proficient in English ; Chinese is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.
  • Good command of Excel, Word, ERP, and procurement systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
